OCTOBER
This is the time of year when nature
offers a lavish display of colors; the rainbow literally seems to nestle down in our
scenic woodlands intensively and tangibly.
River running is out of the question;
snowmobiles and dogsleds arent the answer either.
But there are things to do.
|
Here
are some suggestions: team building, high-in-the-sky runs, the 25-meter-high giant swing,
nature trails, saunas, hot-tub baths, meals in the Kåta or in the Viking House.
If you
prefer to stay more than one day, you can stay in one of our 6-bed timber huts and have
breakfast in the Lappish Kåta.

NOVEMBER
The landscape is dark and frozen.
Who says that businesses, organizations, and others must put their social activities on
ice just because the surroundings freeze?
November is the time of the year when we huddle up around the fire on the open hearth and
have something good to eat in the coziness of the candle-lit Kåta.

|
Outside, in the dark,
cold forest the snow flurries begin to fall and put their winter shroud on the
trees,
transforming them into sculptures.
The lakes freeze to ice. Winter has arrived.
What to do? Take a sauna or a hot-tub bath, eat good food, and stay over night in our cozy
timber huts.

DECEMBER
Winter takes its grip and the mercury in the thermometer falls below your
head. Its
time to take out the snowmobile gear.
The snowmobiles and the dogsleds make their entrée
into the landscape of the Winter King. In contrary to what nature seems to call for, our
activities increase in intensity and delight, and actually there is so much going on,
its surprising the snow doesnt melt.
